Holistic Staff & Leadership Development

Building Relational & Generative Cultures

The Holistic Organization Development Trainings for community based organizations, recognizes that community based work includes engaging in emotional labor, often with historically marginalized communities, and informed by sociopolitical perspectives that embrace social change and social justice. In addition to traditional metrics of progress based on measurable deliverables, the work is also resourced the creation of collaborative and generative work culture  through workers relationships, perspectives, values, life experiences and cultural backgrounds.

This approach argues that community based work needs specialized skill and capacity building, toward building relational cultures that create regenerative teams that foster community and help people realize their most expansive potential in their roles. The Holistic Development Trainings offer opportunities to experience and embody the integration of learning & skills development with self reflection, cultivating a sense of purpose, a community of belonging, and personal growth
